Woodborough Fields Bridge from the westwards; this seems to be an
elliptical arch?

This bridge is a roving bridge where the towpath changes sides of the
canal. The bridge access paths and the path under the bridge are
arranged so that the tow does not have to be unhitched. Arriving from
the east the horse goes up the ramp, crosses the bridge, comes down
the ramp on the east side, and then continues under the bridge, towing
the boat.

|
Woodborough Fields Bridge from the eastwards; the ramp access has its
own little bit of retaining wall, now overgrown. And there's another
pillbox here.
