NB pre-digital camera! (JMN 2020)
Photographs for the KandAC project have been taken as simple
'snapshots'. I have just taken pictures as opportunity offered during
walks along the canal with Jean, systematically walking each mile out
and back. Whatever happened to be there, whatever two pairs of eyes
spotted, whatever the weather, ... we have hardly revisited any site.
One Pentax camera with a 35-135mm zoom lens, one sort of film 400ASA
colour film, all in landscape format.

ordinary shop DandP Enprints scanned at 300dpi on an Epson A4 flat bed
scanner, taking a fixed selection 1170x1670 pixels - which suited the
set up - saved as .jpg with medium (level 4) compression. Some images
were given a little attention for contrast and brightness or colour
balance, but not many, I hadn't the time to fiddle.
