	The contents include advice to the motorist on driving, breakdowns, the law, first aid etc, explanations of road signs, calendar of national and local events, town plans, strip maps of motorways, road maps, a gazetteer, leisure maps and handy descriptions of the environment and nature, and a triangular table of distances.
