The map includes the country north of Brussels, and describes actions and positions at Thuin and Lobbes, Charleroi, Gosselies, Fleurus, Sombref etc, Nivelles, Frasne, Quatre-Bras, Tilly, Wavre, Gembloux, Mont St Guibert, Genappe, Waterloo, and Merbe-Braine, Ter la Haye, Ohain, Hougoumont, Ferme de la Haie Sainte, Mont St Jean, Planchenoit, Belle Alliance, St Lambert, Frichemont, and Smonhen, in the period 15th to 18th June 1815.
