	The booklet has a table of recommendations for grades of oil for different motor cars, an article about Duckham's Motor Lubricants, a table of distances for Great Britain, a note about Ministry of Transport road numbers, road maps at scale 16 miles to 1 inch with an index sheet, maps giving distances in hours journey time, more lubrication advice, and a map of the London underground railway system.
	The 'Cross Country Timing Maps' are an innovation in this edition of Duckham's guide. They give the time n minutes on A roads between main centres, for average road conditions, at 30mph, allowing for traffic control in towns and long gradients in hills.
