routes; title page; preface; explanatory notes including a table of symbols;
contents pages listing routes; notes about the Cyclists' Touring Club; list of
abbreviations; then a series of route descriptions which each have a strip map,
gradient diagram, and itinerary; end pages include a list of boat and ferry
services; appendix describeing towns with street maps; and an index of place
names.

The content cover the edge of Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon and
Cornwall. Some Hampshire places are described in the appendix - Andover,
Christchurch, the New Forest, Romsey, Southampton, and Winchester.
