for Robert Morden, in Cornhill; Thomas Cockerill, at the Three Leggs and Bible
against Grocers-Hall in the Poultry; and Ralph Smith, at the Bible under the
Piazza of the Royal Exchange, 1701.' |

The atlas has a title page and pages of text; its size is 4 1/2 x 5 1/2 ins; the
map is plain on the reverse; it is known as the 'smaller' Morden map, and was
probably engraved about 1693 though published later. |

by Mr Hermann Moll, and the best Artists ... Printed for Ralph Smith at the
Bible, under the Royal Exchange, Cornhill.' 1704. |

The map in the 'other' 1704 edition declares Herman Moll as the draughtsman and
engraver, and Ralph Smith as publisher, but is unchanged? |
