BRIGHTON HILL, district of Basingstoke
Directly from a no longer existent local farm, and indirectly from the name of the hill above Kempshott. The origin of this is uncertain. The district consists largely of streets named after composers, from Handel to Borodin to Grainger to Dankworth to McCartney.
