commentary: |
Two arches in rede brick patterned with black bricks, with a fancy
balustrade. The bridge carries the approach drive to Elvetham Hall; wrought iron
gates between pillars at one end, stone boars guarding the other end. The boars
probably come from the coat of arms of the calthorpe family who owned the
hall. |
