refce:	Coates 1989 SINAH COMMON in Hayling Island Appears 1440 'Seynor'. Maybe a descendant of hypothetical Old English 'Saeganora'='bank at the marsh', ie: the marshes of Langstone Harbour. The hypothetical word 'saege' is not on record but has continental Germanic counterparts.
