3. argent, 3 lozenges conjoined in fesse gules - which might be Montacute, following Papworth
4. or an eagle displayed wings elevated gules ... or but perhaps ... armed gules - unidentified

... but he [Henry VIII] created William Fitzwilliams descended from the daughter of Marquesse Montacute, both Earle of Southhamton, and also Admiral of England, when he was now well stricken in yeeres.
