Keer's Hampshire 1605cartouche
Keer's map of Hampshire has a strapwork cartouche with the title in the upper part:-
SOUT / HAMPTON.The lower part has the scale line.
The map has no maker's name, but is recognizable as Keer's map. In the collection published in Amsterdam, about 1610, only a few maps have Keer's name on them, in its Latin form:- Petrus Kaerius.
